It will be scanned or photocopied to comply with local laws. One ID per room is required. If details given at the time of booking/stay are incorrect Management has every right to cancel the reservation.
100% advance to be paid at the time of booking.
The amount will be refunded if cancellation is done 30 days before date of stay ,subject to 10% cancellation charges . Refunds will be made only by cheque/bank transfer to the person who has paid the advance during booking. No refund for late cancellation.

The Entire Saravana Bhavan Hotel premises is a non smoking and non Alcoholic area. Any breach thereon will result in eviction.
Hotel Sri Saravana Bhavan has UPS Power Back-Up facility to provide electricity for one fan & light per room for a brief period of time if there is any power cut or power failure. we have a Genset.
King Suit Family Room : 8 Adult + 3 Child, Eight Bed A/c : 8 Adult & 3 Child, Four Bed A/c : 4 Adult + 2 Child, Tripple A/c : 3 Adult + 1 Child, Double A/c : 2 Adult + 1 Child, Double Non A/c : 2 Adult + 1 Child, Additional Bed : 200 + 18 % GST is allowed.
We would like all our Guests to have a pleasant stay with us, if any Guest is causing disturbance to fellow Guests/Staff the Management can decide at its sole discretion to evict the troublemaker.
